All landlords in UK need to have an annual gas safety inspection carried out by a Gas Safe Registered Business. A certificate should then be issued to the landlord.

This is a legal requirement for all landlords in UK as required under ‘Gas safety installation and use regulations 1998’

We provide:
*LGSC
*Carbon monoxide alarms (one alarm per gas appliance) can be provided by DW Plumbing & Gas
*Digital format certificate emailed to landlord/landlady
*Certificate can also be emailed to agent, solicitor or anyone else on request
*Annual Reminder email & text message

Well, I was very excited to receive my new free gifted hand tools today. That is, until I opened up the parcel, only to find tools that I can only assume were designed for 'The Borrowers'! What the heck am I supposed to do with those?! 🤣. I have done my best to show the scale using my own hand and my daughters family of sulvanian field mice! 🤣 WTH
