More HUGE & exciting news for ADS Ltd!

We’re absolutely thrilled to be part of Ateb’s Retrofit Framework - a major 4-year programme focused on future-proofing homes and making them more energy efficient for the long term.

As part of the framework, ADS will be delivering planned electrical and mechanical upgrades including Solar PV, Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP) and MVHR systems, alongside full upgrades to electrical installations and heating systems. We’ll also be carrying out significant fabric improvements as part of the Whole House development, including internal and external wall insulation, loft insulation and roofing upgrades.

All works will be completed to PAS2035 standards, TrustMark assured and under the MCS scheme - giving Ateb complete confidence in the quality, compliance and craftsmanship delivered throughout the programme.

This is a huge project and one we’re incredibly proud to be involved in. Exciting times ahead 😊

For over a decade now, Andrew D’Auria of ADS Ltd has proudly taken on the incredible challenge that is the Carten100 - and this year is no exception!

Taking place tomorrow, the Carten100 is the much-loved annual charity cycle ride from Cardiff to Tenby, with riders covering an impressive 100 miles in just one day. The event brings together cyclists of all abilities whilst raising vital funds for Welsh charities supporting health, wellbeing, & local communities.

ADS Ltd is once again proud to sponsor the event & support the amazing causes it helps each year. Giving back to charities that make a real difference is something we’re passionate about, and we’re honoured to continue being part of such a fantastic event.

With energy bills predicted to rise again this summer, check out ADS Ltd’s top tips to help slash your energy bills:

1. Make the most of the dry weather (when we get it😁) & skip the tumble dryer

2. Turn appliances off & don’t leave them on standby

3. Consider changing energy tariffs, easy to do & you don’t even need to change supplier

4. Use LED lighting - they use about a tenth of the energy of old fashioned lightbulbs

5. Take shorter showers

6. Insulation isn’t just for winter when it stops heat escaping, in the summer it’ll stop over-heating your home

7. Consider your garden - electric patio heaters will use up your energy & try using solar lights instead of halogen bulbs
