Karmazyn broad beans podded ready for the freezer. Not as good as their green cousins and I wasn't going to grow them again this year but lockdown meant we couldn't get our regular varieties but these will do for some Moroccan style falafel 😋😊

The evening harvest is growing daily! Purple poded Blauwschokker sugarsnap peas and dwarf french beans are just starting, to go along with the broad beans, lettuce, spring greens, spuds and ofcourse zucchini! Few pot marigold flowers for a relaxing cuppa too ☕🌼

The borage flowers are loved by the bees, each flower can replenish its nectar in just two minutes 🐝🐝🐝
