Floor joists had collapsed over a few years of use due to improper fitting originally. We removed all flooring and replaced the joist hangers to level the base of the floor, new floor boards over them, then for good measure we ply lined the floor and fitted SPC laminate flooring to top. Amazing transformation.

A recent deep clean of a rental property left in quite a mess.

Deep clean.
Repaint throughout.
Cut lawns.
Kitchen units repaired.
Bath replaced and plumbed in.

All within a tight budget and timescale for a retiring landlord who wanted to put the house up for sale. Sale agreed within 5 days of advertised after we had left the makeover.
