These modern houses are full of surprises when it comes to structural alterations. We got there though. Customers were so laid back 🤙🏻 it was a breath of fresh air! Didn’t want to leave. 😂

Kitchen completed today. Just some decorating to be done by the customer and she’s done.👍🏻had a spare 5 minutes so made them a little chopping board to match the worktops. 🤙🏻

Porcelain patio laid, finished off with a brick pave boarder. Garden walls decorated and a raised flower bed created. Hopefully the nice weather continues so the customer can enjoy it. 🌞👍🏻
