Bit of a rush job this weekend new fuse board and replace 43 downlighters, ended up an epic with lots of wiring faults on the existing installation but all sorted and tenant can still move in on Tuesday as planned

Bit of a different one for me, This Land lord was let down a couple of times so I stepped in removed the old tiles and wet plaster board, re boarded (dabbed) the walls and finished with plastic panels refitting the existing sink and accessories, was important to keep the cost down but get it useable for the tenants again ASAP
