Left a message at 4.44am because my back door would not lock, received a message back 2 mins later. Booked a repair in for 7am the same day, Ken Chege arrive on time, very polite, took his shoes off at the front door, did a quick repair, was not cheap but fair & fully understand he came out early & paying for his experience plus a new lock. Did call 6 other locksmiths who state they offer 24 hour service but Ken was the only one who answered my desperate call as i could not go to work until i could secure the house. Big thanks Ken.

Great, quick and efficient service. I locked myself out of the house today, my husband rang Ken to come out and help, he said he would be 30 minutes max but was with us in 15, ken is very polite and friendly and new exactly what needed to be done to fix the problem. WIthin 20 minutes he had us in the house and fitted a new lock for a reasonable price. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a locksmith

Highly recommend Ken and his locksmith business. He came out to fix my elderly mum’s lock. He got there in under an hour. Superb service, professional, skilled and super lovely. Thank you Ken for making sure that my mum was safe and getting her lock fixed. Clean and tidy first class service.
