Semi skilled Labourer needed.
Part Time (casual) to start.

We cover a wide range of property maintenance and repairs and we have taken on new contracts and are expanding, so we are looking for someone who has experience in maintanance with multi skills.

Some Decorating experience needed.
Tape and joint experience preferred but not essential.
Some carpentry experience desirable.
Any landscaping experience desirable.
Must be willing to learn new skills.
Has initiative and can prioritise tasks.
Happy to do lone working.
Have a driving licence and access to own transport if needed.
Have your own basic tool sets.

As stated above for a short period this will be casual work but will lead to regular work for the right candidate.

This is a labour only subcontractor position and you would be paid through the CIS scheme, so you do need to be CIS registered with HMRC if you are not we can help you with this.

Installation of a replacement loft hatch in a new build, unfortunately the one supplied was slightly smaller, so had to carry out ceiling repairs also.

Repairs carried out to a room in a HMO, after a major water leak.
Ceiling replaced, wall and skirting damage repaired and then completely redecorated

10x10 Dutch Barn Shed build.
This was fun to do, looks great though and must admit I'm a little bit jealous 😊
