🏡 Completion of this beautiful home in Lambourn with incredible views to match!
This property received the full treatment from start to finish, with a variety of different substrate thicknesses and challenging angles throughout.
Half of the property was stripped right back to brick, removing over 150mm of old damp sand and cement render before applying the correct breathable lime system with a mineral top coat supplied by PRB. The remaining elevations were treated with a full Acti Flash wash, followed by Renomur Top, fully meshed throughout for added strength and durability.
The project was then finished in the PRB Systems Ltd Crepoxane silicone render system, providing a high-quality, long-lasting finish that will protect the property for years to come.
It's been fantastic to bring this building back to life and help create an amazing family home.
