This property in Rocliffe had many previous repairs from various roofing contractors with no success and still leaking throughout. Also upon inspection, the fascia boards was capped which created rotten wooden board behind so we remove the existing fascia soffit and guttering and replaced with a full free foam full replacement Upvc system  we also removed the existing roof and replaced with a new brown sandtoft double pan tile!

Latest project completed in MountSorrel. Removed the existing guttering and fascia board which was rotten. Installed full replacement freefoam white UPVC fascia board and black freeflow UPVC guttering and downpipes. All completed in one day.

Also replaced slip slates.
