Something a bit different yesterday, to say I’m a general builder is slightly under-doing myself. I repaired and sprayed the bumper of my Brother-in-laws van after a miss-hap with a metal post. It came out well. Nice to do a vehicle repair . I don’t do many now, but I enjoy it when I do get the chance.

In the past I’ve repaired many a tradesman van, it’s usually welding though.

This is an extension I did end of that year! It turned out great and blends in with the house a treat!

There were some firsts on this job! The brown soldiers in the brickwork had to be dyed to match the original soldiers! I’m not kidding, my heart was in my mouth! It turned out great though!

Ok I built this extension a few year’s ago! I was only building the shell and due to problems, the owner wasn’t able to finish it themselves!

This is how it stands before the final inspection tomorrow!

Once the property is cleared, I’ll give you all a walk through video of the rest of the property that I’ve refurbished .

Ok, i built this extension a few years ago, I was only supposed to build the shell and all the internal finishing was to be handled by the owner!

I was recently asked to come back and finish the internal finishing due to unforeseen events, this is the rear rooms, the rest of the build I’ve already published!

I will do a walk through tour of the whole property, to show all the work that has gone in, once the property is empty!

This has been a slog, but I think it’s been worth the effort! It’s also increased the prices ce of the house majorly!!
