We’re a small, friendly, independent plumbers’ merchants looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Trade Counter Assistant to join our team.
What you’ll be doing:
• Serving customers at the trade counter with a smile (and maybe a cuppa!)
• Helping customers find the right products
• Processing orders and taking payments
• Keeping the shop floor tidy and well-stocked
• Helping in the warehouse with deliveries and stock
• Playing a leading role with our on-line sales
What we’re looking for:
• Friendly, helpful attitude and good people skills
• Organised and able to multitask
• Willing to learn about plumbing/heating products (experience in the trade is great, but not essential!)
• A team player who can also work independently
• Enthusiasm for growing our on-line business
