When a handy man try's doing a bathroom 🤠
So bad its almost funny 😂

Bath was too big for the gap and completely unsupported. The inevitable leak from showering rotted the chipboard and 3 legs went through the floor 😭

- Soggy plasterboard & chipboard floor removed ✅️
- New moisture resistant floorboards and plasterboards ✅️
- New smaller bath supplied and fitted on with plenty of timber support underneath ✅️
- Tiling made good, new bath panel, shower screen rinstalled ✅️

11 back breakers fitted in this property. Anybody got the number for a chiropractor? 😅

Troublesome combi out ❌️
Brand new 400 combi in 👍👌

This job included:
- 5 year warranty from Baxi ✅️
- overhaul of controls for underfloor heating & radiators ✅️
- tidying up of pipework and electrics ✅️
- all waste removed from site ✅️
- no more resetting constant fault codes, greater control of system for increased efficiency ✅️

Home owner to sort a better fitting cupboard at a later stage.

- New 836 combi fitted in garage with new pipework insulated ✅️
- Hive smart thermostat installed ✅️
- Radiators flushed ✅️
- Balanced flue bricked up ✅️
- All rubbish removed from site ✅️
- Much more efficient system, 10 year warranty from Baxi ✅️

Was originally called out to the old boiler making funny noises 😳

It turned out to be an absolute death trap, leaking fumes into the room ❌️

Situation made safe initially and new install with system upgrades complete ✅️
