The answer is No.

We do not ask for deposits before work starts.

For most projects, payment is simply due upon satisfactory completion of the works.

For larger projects lasting more than two days, we may request a staged payment once work is well underway, with the remaining balance payable on completion.

We believe our customers should have confidence in the company they choose, which is why we focus on delivering quality workmanship, clear communication and a straightforward payment process.
