Who remembers this one then!? 👀. Not often you get a second chance at a job 😅😂. Due to a difficult planning process and a change to the layout this would be in the dining room..
so clients request to move it to the loft. Day and half later and it’s back up and running. Excuse the electrics client is a sparks and will get round to it at later date…

And yes further away from hot taps but a secondary loop is being added in once the extension has been started.

❌Dangerous flue!

Was called back to one our installs after the client had builders in to do a single story extension and to find the flue blocked off and now inside the new extension!

Appliance made safe by relocating the flue to a vertical installation and following MI’S clearances on the flue.

If you are unsure on your boiler flue after building works always get an expert opinion by using a gas safe registered engineer.

Busy week complete 🙏. Started off with a boiler conversion and a new 11 rad central heating system complying to current building regulations.

Another boiler change after that including a kitchen first fix and bathroom (same house). Another bathroom hot & cold first fix for a builder friend then finally a tonne of servicing and break downs 👌. All within the small area we cover in Taunton.

Another Remastered Vaillant on the wall. Happy customer knowing it’s backed with a comprehensive 10 year’s manufacturers parts and labour warranty. Installed 100s of this remastered model and yet to have any go wrong (famous last words) 🤦‍♂️. Power max out (26years old) awful things to service, but it’s done rather well lasting this long.

En-suite from last week. 4 days completed 👌.
Bigger shower tray installed by reducing the size of the stud.
