We are looking for experienced individuals to join our team to serve the Somerset and Devon area, who is striving to be the best in class, You would join the highly experienced enthusiastic team in producing British craftmanship at it's very best.
πͺ Kitchen Fitter Role:
We are a kitchen manufacturing company looking for an experienced kitchen fitter to work on a Full-time basis.
You'll be required to replace kitchen doors, draws, worktops, carcasses etc which we will Manufacture to the customers specific requirements. No plumbing experience needed but would be beneficial.
You must have:
* Min 3 years experience
* Experience carrying out kitchen makeovers
* Company Van Provided
* Excellent customer interaction skills
* Basic plumbing skills of re-fitting sinks & taps (not essential as we have our own plumber)
* Good time keeping & Communication
* Competitive rates of pay
πͺ Cabinet Maker/Bench Joiner Role:
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
β’ Experience in Kitchen & Bathroom furniture making both fitted & free-standing
β’ Proven ability to work with tools and machinery safely & with precision
β’ Excellent communication & organisational skills
β’ Ability to plan, track hours and processes throughout the job
β’ Ability to plan and liaise with all internal departments including CNC, Veneering, Finishing, etc to ensure smooth running of projects
β’ Ability to use your own initiative
β’ Thorough attention to detail
β’ Work well under pressure
β’ Ambition and desire to succeed
β’ Enthusiastic and hard working
The candidate will be able to set up and test programs on production machines, actively supporting machine setters to ensure parts are produced efficiently and to specifications.
π» As a CAD/CAM Engineer, you will:
β’ Develop CNC operations for new products, meeting the specifications of customer drawings.
β’ Simulate manufacture to optimise setup and cycle times and, therefore, minimise costs.
β’ Design quality criteria into machining processes, so that parts are reliably produced to specification.
β’ Work in collaboration with other Engineers, machine Setters, and Operators.
β’ Support Setters and Operators as and when required.
β’ Prove out the programs you develop by setting and running relevant machining operations.
β’ Maintain a focus on quality while achieving reliable and efficient machine cycle times.
β’ Support manufacturing as and when required.
β’ Develop engineering solutions to manufacture customer parts.
β’ Be responsible for continuous improvement of machining efficiency.
