Some of you will know that my dear friend and companion, Cherry (aka Kitty In A Van) has been unwell for quite sometime, months rather than weeks. She has had many treatments and interventions, both naturopathic and allopathic, but alas nothing was able to get to the bottom of the problem.
Finally I reached out to a wider field, by posting for help on my socials. Amongst others Kate came forward and offered to take her case homoeopathically. Now I have used homeopathy most of my life, difficult not to when your mother is a trained homeopath, but it is not easy to take an objective reading of a patient when you are so closing attached and emotionally invested.
Kate chose Pulsatilla 200 for Cherry, which I would not have considered but could absolutely see how perfect the choice was. So she had had my dedicated attention and energy during her stay. However, now Leah was beginning to feel well enough to go home, freeing me up to get on with wedding prep. I was busy, being busy, preparing bed rooms, setting up tents and doing whatever was required of me. At the end of a very long day I returned home to find Cherry lying on the sofa having fallen off of the back. She had had a stroke....hagalaz had struck.....a fire storm in her brain!!
The energy leading up to the Solstice and its aftermath, were very intense and at times quite overwhelming. Hagalaz came to visit and stayed around me for a while. Hagalaz is the rune of chaos, irrevocable change often manifesting in a calamitous or destructive way. Very similar to the Tower in the....
