A little job from last week.

The patio had lost its character and become dirty and full of grime. ⛔️

A pressure wash service and a repoint with a ready-to-use, self-setting paving jointing compound designed for easy, fast, and weather-resistant pointing on patios, paths, and driveways. It requires no mixing, can be applied in the rain, and cures as hard as mortar without shrinking or cracking. ✅

A Cordyline australis - also known as a ‘cabbage tree’ which is commonly mistaken for a palm tree had outstayed its welcome, so had to go✅

And a wobbly fence required the installation of a 4x4 post to keep the fence sturdy and prevent any future potential damage✅

What a difference! 👇

This garden path used to be muddy, slippery and difficult to walk on, especially during wet weather. Not ideal at all.

We removed the old surface and installed a brand new Indian sandstone pathway, finished off with Cotswold decorative stone to keep the area neat, well-drained and low maintenance.
Now the space is safer, cleaner and looks fantastic – a huge improvement for the homeowner! 🌿

We had this customer reach out due to their neighbour accidentally driving through the fence.❌

Removal of damaged fencing materials including the supply and installation of three high-quality 6ft x 5.5ft closeboard fence panels, providing improved privacy and a clean, uniform finish. ✅

Installation of two heavy-duty 8ft concrete posts, securely set to ensure long-term strength, stability, and resistance to rot and weathering.✅

Fitting of three recessed concrete gravel boards to protect the panels from ground moisture, extend the lifespan of the fence, and maintain a neat, level appearance. ✅

All works completed to a high standard, leaving the fence line fully secure, visually enhanced, and built for long-term durability. 💯

Starting the year off with our first day back at The Shepherds REST with some garden maintance including grass cutting, hedge cutting and some w**d control work.

We are proud to now have the sheps as a monthly maintenance client, keeping the green spaces and car park looking presentable all year round.

Sorry for the quietness on here. I’ve been so busy thanks to you lovely people I haven’t had enough hours in the day, days in the week, weeks in the month.

As we close out another year, I just wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to all of our incredible customers past, present and future. Your support and trust have made this year a truly successful one for JD’s Landscaping & Outdoor Services, and we couldn’t have done it without you.
