Another job completed recently involving some additional groundwork and access improvements around a park home site.
The access road and bridle path had become uneven and difficult in places, particularly after poor weather and ongoing use over time. We carried out full regrading works, removed contaminated material, and brought in around 280 tonnes of fresh stone and earth to rebuild and stabilise the area properly.
These sorts of works make a big difference long term. Better drainage, safer access, less movement underfoot and a much cleaner finish overall for both residents and vehicles using the site.
A solid base and good ground conditions are often overlooked, but they play a huge part in keeping a site safe, usable and looking its best year round.
