Tad warm this week so we have retreated to the perimeter of the Pannier Market, it is a little cooler for the plants and us - but only a little. Funny really as we were complaining about the rain last week!! So the next few days we will be sheltering/sweltering in our secondary home.
Lots and lots of new plants in this week including some beautiful local lavender and eucalyptus which are both smelling amazing in this heat - quite intoxicating! A new fresh batch of veg plants to feed the slugs with again are also available if you need them.

Here is a selection of pictures for you of some of this week's stock. 😊
I'm sure you are all enjoying a traditional summer in Tavistock but I guess it saves us watering (as has been mentioned to us several times this week) but there are different types of rain which will make for a long and fascinating post one day once Baileys is back on special offer!

This rather large Bumble was a little cold and lethargic this morning, but with a little magic water, he has turned into a super bee!

Hello everyone.

Well, hopefully this week will be better than last week, we’ve been through a lot of bad weather over the years but, whilst it wasn’t particularly cold, those April showers tested our patience! Especially as they were “April continuous rain and wind showers!”. Anyway, onwards and upwards - this week we have an amazing array of plants, lots of colourful perennials, annuals and shrubs. A good selection of climbers both evergreens and deciduous. Tomatoes are in full flow and we have 9 or 10 different varieties. We also have courgettes, aubergines, pumpkins and strawberries all locally grown. We also have lots of veg packs including the elusive dwarf French beans which are always asked for! Also lots of bedding packs and patio/basket plants. It’s going to be a good week - perfect for planting especially now that it is starting to warm up! Hope to see you soon. 😊

1 ltr Stawberry plants.
1 ltr Cape Gooseberry plants.

Herbs - lots of varieties and newly added dill and coriander.

6 pack vegetable and salad plants.

Cabbage, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Sprouts, Peas, Broad beans, Leeks,
Lettuce, Salad onions, Rainbow chard, Beetroot and Celery.

Lots being added 2- 3 times a week.
