⚽️Horrabridge Vs Saltash⚽️

Horrabridge dominated the first half with some excellent football, showing great passing, strong tackling, and confident decision making across the pitch 😮‍💨 Their hard work paid off when a great pass from Sasha found Jasmine who calmly slotted the ball past the keeper to give Horrabridge a well deserved 1–0 lead.💪🏼

Saltash responded quickly with a sharp break forward, to level the score at 1–1.

Horrabridge, however, showed real determination and came back fighting, continuing to play some incredible football. The second half began with the same intensity, as Horrabridge remained strong in possession, creating space and putting in solid tackles in what proved to be an action packed game.💥

A brilliant set piece created the winning moment, with Layla delivering a perfectly timed through ball that found Elsie, who calmly tapped it home to restore the lead and make it 2–1 to Horrabridge 🤩

An EXCELLENT performance from the team, full of determination, teamwork, and fantastic football!

The girls got off to the perfect start, just ONE MINUTE in, Grace opened the scoring after a brilliant assist from Sasha 🔥 Horrabridge dominated the early stages, with Grace coming close twice more, one effort glancing past the post and another striking the post!

The team battled for every ball and showed great determination all over the pitch 💪🏼 With strong runs down the wings and sustained pressure, it looked like another goal was coming but YMCA struck against the run of play to make it 1–1 at half-time.

After the break, Horrabridge came out firing, creating chance after chance. It looked as though the game might finish 1–1 until the floodgates opened💥
