Old Victorian fountain restoration.
It was a pleasure to get this fountain up and running once again.
It had many challenges throughout the project, but we got there.
Does anyone know when the last time this was up and running?

Yes, the old water supply was cut off.
There was an old lead pipe supply which had to be taken out of the center of the fountain.
We had to extract that and make our own line into and through the fountain.

Loft insulation and raised flooring.
Installing an additional 200MM insulation on top of existing insulation to meet new requirements.
Install stilts and raise the floor by 200mm.
This will increase the heat retention within the property.

Turning an area that is unusable into a more appealing and practical usage. Install retaining sleepers, 40mm plum slate gravel.

J&S Services
Cut to order larch timber.
My supplier of recommended fencing in the Argyll region!
You can see the "traditional" treated timber to the left.
The larch is beautiful in comparison 🙂

A couple of fencing jobs were done recently.
One with a gate and small fence at the side of a house to keep the dogs contained.
The other with a replacement fence after the ivy took over and held in the moisture, leading to wood rot.

I had the pleasure of using freshly milled larch sourced from J&S sawmill services (sorry, no link).
It's beautiful when brand new, doesn't need treated, all natural European larch from a local miller.

Of you require a new fence, ask us for a quote.
You will probably find it way cheaper than the competition 😉
