Our latest recently constructed design is the stunning Loch Awe Boathouse in Kilchrenan. The design is a three bedroom contemporary new build with cantilevered decking offering superb waterside views overlooking Loch Awe. The design is a light filled property with open plan living / kitchen / dining areas on the main storey, spacious bedrooms with full height ‘cathedral’ ceilings on the top floor and a large boatshed / basement storage area underneath. Materials used on the building were selected with low maintenance in mind, from the stone underbuilding, to the use of attractive composite boarding to the external walls to the standing seam metal profiled roof. The building is highly energy efficient with heating and hot water provided by use of an air source heat pump.

We are delighted to see Macgochan’s Pub and Kitchen reopening after an extensive refurbishment following fire damage last year. This included an internal revamp of the restaurant and bar areas, introduction of double height space and first floor balcony with views over Tobermory Bay.
