Been a while since I posted on here, its been so busy over this winter period. Looking forward to some down time.

Another one installed today, previous boiler had quite a few issues over the last few years but the heat exchanger cracked so it was time for a new one.

Baxi platinum compact with a 10 year parts and labour warranty. With a magnaclean system filter and a scale reducer. System fully flushed. This landlord hasnt got to worry for a while now.

Worcester out and a baxi in, 10 years parts and labour warranty so the landlord doesn't have to worry for the next 10 years. Back tomorrow for a mains flush as the system was previously flushed within the last 2 years 👌

With how hot it has been, the last thing you have been thinking about is your central heating and your boiler. But now is the best time to get your boiler service before the big rush, from September onwards we will be flooded with boiler breakdowns and rushed of our feet. Been thinking about getting that rust old radiator replaced or upgraded? Get it done now.

If your boiler service is usually in the winter months bring it forward because any issues that may arise can be dealt with quickly.
