We are recruiting a Head of Sales
Due to continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced, commercially driven and people-focused Head of Sales to lead and develop our sales function across both wholesale and retail channels.
We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Head of Sales to lead our sales team, develop customer relationships and drive future growth across our wholesale and retail business.
The successful candidate will have proven sales leadership experience, strong commercial awareness and excellent people skills. Experience within horticulture, agriculture or a related industry would be beneficial.
