This week's was a classic and my favourite
Victoria Sponge
Here are a few tips for getting the perfect sponge....
πMake sure your butter is "squidgable" if you squeeze it lightly it would hold an imprint. Spreads are actually the best texture for a cake just not the best flavour
πUse the right size tin
πCook at 170c most ovens 180c is on the hot side π₯
πSet a timer and beat for 1 minute
