Another remarkable transformation, expertly converting a dated and deteriorating bathroom into a sleek, contemporary design.

The space was completely stripped back, with all walls replaced to remove the damp smell. The bathroom was then fully replumbed, beautifully tiled, and fitted out to the client’s exact requirements.

Absolutely massive job this one - Completed just in time for the heatwave ☀️☀️☀️

Part 1: Removal of w**d ridden flower beds, old decking removed, brambles and bushes taken out

Part 2: Digger brought in to redistribute and level the soil. Platform created for shed and garden storage at the bottom of the garden. Then 140m2 of stadium quality turf laid and a retaining wall built.

Part 3: 60m2 grey limestone patio laid, sunken drain covers fitted for flawless finish

Same home, next-level style. We kept the theme but elevated details and a calming palette that feels like a spa retreat.

From concept to clean lines, this space is all about design and everyday indulgence.

When ripping out we discovered there had been a large on going leak which had caused most of the floor on shower are to rot away. They were replaced and strengthened before being ply lined and tiled over. All plumbing was replaced for piece of mind that all leaks were sorted. Extractor fan fitted to keep that mold away. Tiled and fitted out to bring it all together 👌

Black mold found behind the plasterboard. Ripped pur, replaced and tanked to stop the problem from coming back. Plumbing moved into the wall. Tiled, decorated and fitted out! All done in house at Silk Property Renovations. Please get in touch today for a quote!
