2 more scarifying jobs a few weeks ago. I then spread lawn sand on them to kill the rest of the moss, thicken the grass and make them greener.

Last Autumn I planted some tulip bulbs in these big plastic pots for a customer whose garden never grew good tulips. They often got dug up or became rotten. Today I took the tulips out of the pots and planted them in groups of 5 to see if this would improve the quality of them. Fingers crossed 🤞

Big scarifying job today. Took off 10 dumpy bags of moss. Next week I'll be aerating the lawn followed by a treatment of fertiliser.

Little garden project. Cleared all greenery and shrubs, rotivated soil and then raked flat. Laid w**d suppressant fabric down and then covered with plum slate.

No direct access to garden from back so had to shovel 2 tonnes of slate about 50 metres and then over a wall. Challenging but all done.

Created a hornbeam hedge today with 136 bare root plants. Wild weather but we got them all in.
