Day 2 of restoring these wooden window frames for a customer in Grantown-on-Spey 🪵🎨

Today we got stuck into sanding down the wood filler and applying primer, getting everything ready for painting on Monday.

While we were there, we also gave the steps a tidy-up.

From rotten and weather-worn to the start of something beautiful ✨

This window had seen better days — peeling paint, battered timber and areas of rot. Today was all about preparation: removing flaking paint, sanding everything back and carrying out repairs with filler to rebuild and restore.

Good restoration starts long before the final coat 🎨🪟

Hell’s Kitchen 😈

Watch us take on our biggest renovation yet.

After a storm late last year, the roof was removed for emergency repairs — leaving our kitchen heavily water damaged. What started as a leak quickly turned into rotten units, damaged walls, and a full strip-out to uncover the true extent of the destruction. 💧🔨

Now the rebuild begins. Follow along as we transform this disaster into our dream kitchen, one step at a time.
