Another external over the line for a new client over in southborough 🪣

We came by recommendation on this one by a client we have completed many projects for over the years 😊

All guttering removed to allow us to paint behind and treat any areas where necessary

All guttering cleaned out and washed down before they were reinstalled

All fascia’s & soffit’s, window surrounds to front elevation & windows to all other elevations prepared using 2 part wood filler and fine filled with Toupret UK wood filler

We used our go to for external woodwork which gives an amazing gloss finish wood coatings finished in xd gloss

From our point of view longevity and proven products we have used over the years are what we stick to

Many others go for a cheaper , quicker water based option which to us doesn’t get the finish we are looking for 🤷

All masonry prepared using TOUPRET masonry repair filler

All pink walls finished in Dulux Trade Weathershield masonry smooth matched to The Little Greene Paint Company confetti as chosen by our client

Window surrounds finished in dulux masonry pure brilliant white

Front elevation finished with a black band in Albany Paint and Wallpaper masonry paint Matt finish

90 % of this job was carried out on ladders except one elevation where access was tricky

Thanks to jack from for getting this up for me at short notice

Before & afters of our first external of 2026 for a new client over in

Front elevation to this period property to include : Fascia , soffits , windows , porch and front door

This house hadn’t been painted in the last 20 years

A lot of prep work went into this one to achieve our high standards

All areas prepared using & Toupret UK materials

As always only the best products were used for that high gloss durable finish which lasts for many years

All areas finished in Sikkens Wood Coatings xd gloss white giving a finish no other manufacturer can provide for external woodwork 🪣

Working closely with our client to achieve exactly what they were looking for with regards to colour choices and finishes to bring there vision to life 🫟

Dated artex ceilings plastered prior to decoration to give a contemporary feel

All new plaster mist coated then finished in Albany Paint and Wallpaper af1

All areas protected and prepared using & British Gypsum materials

All walls finished in Johnstone's Paints in various finishes dependent on area in multiple Farrow & Ball colours adding a very homely feel to all rooms compared to the previous colour choices

All woodwork prepared using Toupret UK fillers then finished in Crown Trade Paint satinwood

Recent complete flat redecoration between Christmas and new year

Our client needed a quick turn around on this one from one tenant moving out to the next moving in

Thankfully I have a team I can trust and rely on to turn this around ready for handover in the new year
