Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, supporting office operations, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately.
Maintain accurate data entry and update records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars.
Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
Support bookkeeping activities including invoicing and expense tracking.
Organise office supplies and ensure the workspace remains tidy and efficient.
Support team members with administrative needs to facilitate smooth daily operations.
Requirements
Proven office experience or administrative experience in a professional setting.
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Good typing speed with attention to accuracy and detail.
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
Experience with data entry and clerical duties.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Organised approach to managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
