These interior visuals explore how the new open-plan layout will feel once complete, connecting the kitchen, dining and lounge into one cohesive, light-filled space. The glazed gable, rooflights and full-width doors are positioned to maximise natural light and strengthen the relationship with the garden.

At this stage, the imagery is intended to communicate scale, proportion and spatial flow, giving a clear sense of how the reconfigured layout transforms the way the home functions day to day.

✅ Planning Permission Granted ✅

Pleased to share that planning permission has been granted for another of our projects! This time for a new double garage and garden room, forming a well-considered addition to the property.

The double garage has been carefully positioned to make the most of the available ground, providing generous space while sitting comfortably within the plot. Its form and proportions are designed to complement the existing house and maintain a balanced relationship with the boundaries.

To the rear, the garden room follows a similar architectural language, creating a cohesive addition to the site. Designed to utilise the space available, strengthen the connection to the garden while remaining sympathetic to the overall setting.

Following approval, we have progressed the scheme into Phase 2 Construction and Building Regulations drawings ready for works to commence on site!

It’s been a busy few months and I'm looking forward to sharing more of our recent and upcoming projects.

Here’s a preview of a single storey rear extension designed to transform the existing kitchen and lounge into a bright, open-plan living space. The proposal includes a full internal knock-through to create better flow and connection throughout the home.

The new sunroom features a fully glazed gable framing views of the garden, full-width sliding doors opening onto the patio, and rooflights positioned to bring natural light deep into the lounge area. The result is a generous, light-filled space designed for modern living.

Excited to share that one of our latest projects has secured planning approval! This ambitious multi-level transformation includes extensions, conversions, and a complete remodel to unlock the full potential of this home.

✨ Ground Floor: A rear extension with bi-fold doors and Velux windows floods the space with natural light and creates a seamless connection with the garden. Internal structural alterations open up the layout into a spacious, modern open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. A side extension links to the garage conversion, providing a functional utility space and a peaceful home office.

✨ First Floor: A front and rear extension introduces a luxurious new master suite with a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite. The redesigned layout also allows for a more spacious family bathroom, improving comfort and functionality for the entire household.

✨ Loft Level: A complete roof transformation—including a raised ridge and new front and rear gable ends—creates an additional bedroom and an accessible storage area, maximizing every inch of space.

🏠 Bringing Designs to Life with 3D Modelling:

✨ Phase 2 Regulation Drawings ✨

It has been a fantastic start the new year after a well needed Christmas break! It’s great to be back and I’m a little behind on the social media post. But I’m pleased to share some of the projects I’ve been working on including this fantastic single and double storey extension and renovation.

Following the exciting news that planning permission was granted with no alterations required, we progressed to the next stage, to obtain building Control plans approval. This essential step moves the project closer and ready to start on-site construction.

The Phase 2 Drawings include detailed technical construction and structural plans, insulation and u-value specifications that align with current building regulations requirements.

Practical utility space off the kitchen with carefully positioned Velux windows to bring a bright and airy feel. Flat roof lanterns fill both new rooms with natural light.
