Taking a look back at some of our favourite projects, and this one has to be right up there.

This beautiful old vicarage underwent a full refurbishment, and we were proud to play a part in bringing it back to life. The project included a complete overhaul of the bathrooms, hallways, and kitchen, transforming the interior into a bright, modern, and welcoming space while still respecting the character of the building.

Progress update from the Gestridge flats 👷‍♂️🏡

Lots going on across the site at the moment, with all 3 flats moving through different stages of the refurb. Kitchens and bathrooms are being installed, painting and decorating has started, walls are being prepared for damp proofing and skimming, and first fix carpentry is well underway.

Great to see the project coming together step by step, with plenty of progress being made every week!

The team are currently working across 17 flats in Dartmouth, carrying out full fire door upgrades to ensure all properties remain compliant with current fire safety regulations.

The project includes upgrades to communal doors, entrance doors, letter boxes, hinges and door closers. All carefully installed to improve both safety and compliance throughout the building.

The plan is for the flats to be fully re plastered, have new bathrooms and kitchens fitted with full decoration throughout.
