We have a wide range of skills in Interior Design to aid any interior projects, from 3D visuals, to detailed design concepts for your home or establishments, detailed floor plans, space planning, interior architecture, propducts sourcing and procurement, sample boards, full implementation, negotiating tradesmen, liaising with structural Engineers and full Project Management, overseeing the works to full fit out and completion to fine finishing. Working with your property, we'll style the property for a lifestyle scene, complete with any food/drinks and come laden with props to make the property look lived, in cozy, warm and welcoming and then arrange the photo shoot working alongside our collaborative Photographer, which will help market, sell or let your property. DK Interiors work exceptionally well with their clients, adapting to their independent requirements, designing and working with the soul of the building or project, with detailed planning and sourcing only the best products whilst working closely with the client’s budget for a full property transformation.

Well, life is all about chapters... new beginnings I like to call it 🥰 🙏 ✨

I've recently completed my little renovation project house, which actually has been more than just a renovation. Its been a home and a sanctuary when I needed it most! I never get personal on here, but thought it may help someone else find strength…🌞

2 and a bit years ago I found myself without a home without a home... Being me and picking myself up, brushing myself off as I do, I then, I found this little Gem of a property and thought, perfect, and right near where I grew up, next to cockington, the sea and everything I love! 😍 🌊 🌳

I do know shes not a mansion but with 2 years of time, effort, money, and a whole lot of love I have turned her around with the help of my very good friend and amazing builder Chris Wright and a few of our amazing trusty trades! Together we rebuilt from the bones upwards as she hadn’t been touched since built in 1932! We rebuilt the bay windows which were rotten, new windows and doors, a re-wire, new plumbing, carpentry, installed heating which was non-existent, new soffits, guttering, knocked a wall down, replastered as walls were back to lath & plaster, reconfigured redesigned the bathroom, rebuilt the lean to and put a lot of love into the garden which boasts a grapevine, apple tree and Torbay’s own palm trees! 🌴

With a tonne of decorating and hard graft, she is finally ready and now on the market! 🙌 I’m quite emosh if I’m honest! However, the cute number 12 has not only provided a wonderful oasis for me and the boy to live 🐾 and, find love, its now enabled us to move on to literally, to new pastures green, where we'll be creating a wonderful new workshop/retreat venture in a field!! 🌳

So grateful for so many things and people ... and, determination is everything! Ill still be doing my beautiful Interiors butttt, watch this space for the future magic folks 🌳 🥰 🙏 ✨

So lovely to launch the second bedroom at the beautiful The Chagford Inn pub!
These rooms have been created with love and passion, a little eclectic, whismical and wonderful! Providing the perfect guests stay, along with the fine food and ding at the pub! Its all about curating an experiance, and I think we've all nailed it along with the hospitality of course! ✨

The room decor gently flows through from the pub we completed last year so, a huge thank you to Ollie and Jordan who embraced the vision once again... they're definately a winner! 😍 🙌 ✨

One of our latest creations is complete… and we are completely in LOVE 😍🙌

A huge thank you and so much gratitude to the incredibly talented duo at The Chagford Inn (yes, in beautiful Chagford!) for inviting me back to design these stunning rooms and for fully embracing my vision once again 🥰🙏✨

Following on from the pub we completed last year, the bedrooms have been designed to flow seamlessly, carrying through that same creative, slightly quirky feel. The bold colours, rich greens, warm textures, and statement fabrics layered together really create something truly special. The result? Spaces that feel luxurious yet eclectic, inviting yet memorable… somewhere to dream, unwind, and escape 😍

I cant thank the amazing Anna Smith at Terry Manning Upholstery enough, thank you for collaborating on the beautiful bespoke headboards and gorgeous blinds 🥰🙌

To top it all off, the fabulous handcrafted lamps by the incredible in Totnes… the perfect final touch ✨

Plus, of course, Tom for those beautiful wallpaper and bathrooms 😘 and Ollies hard grafting for the painting! A man of many talents 💪

Every aspect of a holiday let has to be meticulously planned...from the sofas and cutlery to beds and blinds and everything in between! I love to make a statement when designing, and a holiday let should absolutley stand out from the rest when people scroll through the lists! ✨

This project was a blank canvass so it was fab to create a design which flowed seemlessly through each room, upstairs and through the hallway, connecting it to downstairs (scroll through my 2nd to last post to see downstairs!)... 🎨

The front bedroom was facing more to the woodland, so that became more green and treelined, the back bedroom faces the sea so naturally that became more blue, with a nod to the sea without all the stipes and ships of generic holiday lets! Earthy terracotta reflecting our Devon red sandstone connect the two rooms and flows downstairs, not forgetting the bathrooms which subtley blend and are beautiful in there own right! 🌞

I do love it when having a free reign and a deesign plan really comes together! 🥰 🙌 ✨

Its always so lovely to get a wonderful review! Positive feedback really does go along way and totally boosts you to continue to keep going! 🥰 💪

If you can be one thing in life as the saying goes, be kind. Tell people nice things when you think it. I even do this to strangers I have just met at the petrol counter or walked past. It goes along way for a mental health boost for others and indeed for yourself! ✨

A client review is always so so so rewarding...this one is only for the intital designs from a floor plan knocking down walls and opening out the whole floor, plus adding a pool...now I cant wait for the construction to start 🥰 🙌 👷‍♂️
