Complete renovation finished at a property in Sholing, this one was a complete mess beforehand.

Worked with the best teams to turn it into a lovely family home, removal of walls, chimney breasts and open plan kitchen diner transformed it.

Another bungalow complete! 🙃

-New floors throughout to incorporate underfloor insulation.
-Full re plaster, thanks to &N plastering
-Full Rewire and central heating install.
-New kitchen and bathroom.
-2 wall knock through's and chimney breast removal.
-Complete internal and external Redecorate.

Massive transformation on this property in Hythe, open plan kitchen/dining/living area.

New loft insulation, celotex insulation under all floors.

New water and heating system including boiler.

New lawns in front and rear garden, New fencing.

Well this is definitely a transformation from what it was.As per usual forgot to take before pics unfortunately.
