🔥 Another quality install completed by Clearwater! 🔥

It’s been a busy 3 days for the team, making our way down to Swansea to install this absolute beast for one of our new customers! 💪🔧

We fitted a Vaillant EcoTEC Plus 836 36kW boiler, connected to their underfloor heating system, along with running new hot and cold pipework 🚰 and a brand-new gas supply 🔥.

This boiler comes with an impressive 7-year manufacturer’s warranty, but the customer chose to upgrade with a Vaillant magnetic filter, extending their cover to a full 10-year warranty for complete peace of mind ✅👏

As always, we take huge pride in our workmanship, and these photos show exactly why. Clean pipework, attention to detail, and a finish we’re proud to put our name to. 👌

🔥 Boiler upgrade complete 🔥

One of our regular customers got in touch after their mum moved into a new home and the old Ferroli boiler was causing nothing but hassle 🚫

We upgraded the system with a Baxi Combi 2.1 24kW boiler, complete with a 5-year parts & labour warranty for total peace of mind ✅

Also fitted:
💧 Adey MagnaClean filter
📱 Honeywell wireless thermostat
⚡ New fused spur installation to meet current regs & manufacturer instructions

As you can see from the before & after photos 👀 we also boarded out the cupboard to give it a much cleaner, neater finish 🙌

This boiler install took us longer than expected due to the heat 🥵 but rest assured we got the job done 👌

Carried out a annual service on this boiler yesterday and when the customer told me it was 10 years old, I honestly didn’t believe it until I checked the benchmark book. 👀🔥

A 10-year-old Ideal Vogue that’s still looking and running like it’s fresh out the box. Absolutely spotless inside and, to be fair, more advanced than some of the newer Ideal boilers being installed today.

It’s been so well looked after that it doesn’t even require new burner seals or a full strip-down service yet — but the customer has still booked it in for next week for a full strip-down and all new burner seals anyway, just to keep it in top condition for years to come.

This is what proper servicing and maintenance does. 💪🔧

A new customer got in touch after their old boiler had been causing constant problems 😩
After numerous repairs and struggling to source discontinued parts, it was finally time for an upgrade ✔️

Been a busy few weeks at Clearwater, but the work hasn’t stopped 💪💧 So what have we been up to?

We were recently called out to carry out 2 Legionella risk assessments for care homes in Abergavenny 🏥 after their sister company passed on our details following work we completed for them — we must be doing something right 🙌

We also installed a brand new water heater 🔧🔥 for one of our regular clients after their old one packed in. Alongside the install, we carried out our routine water temperature testing 🌡️ and quarterly shower cleaning 🚿 — with all reports completed and sent off on-site ✅

This week, we also completed another round of water temperature testing and shower cleaning for one of our valued clients, helping keep everything safe, compliant, and running smoothly 👍

Even if we’re a bit quiet on Facebook, we’re always busy behind the scenes with water hygiene and Legionella testing 💼💦

On Wednesday we were back at one of our regular clients’ football facilities ⚽ carrying out routine legionella & water testing.

✔️ Quarterly shower cleaning

🔥 Another Baxi install completed yesterday! 🔧

We were called out to take a look at a 19-year-old Vaillant boiler that had packed in. After a full inspection, it was clear it had reached the end of its life — the protective foam was deteriorating, the main burner was showing signs of spillage, and there was water damage on both the PCB board and fan 💧

Time for an upgrade!

We installed a brand new Baxi 430 Combi 2, complete with a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty ✅ Giving the customer peace of mind — and most importantly — reliable heating and hot water again 🔥🚿

And before anyone says it… yes 😅 we’re heading back first thing Tuesday to upgrade the condensate pipe 👍
