For those who've been following the progress of this rebuild, we have now completed our remit as the clients wish continue with the finishing works themselves. They have been very "hands on" throughout and we have had a great working relationship with the whole family. We started on the 5th August 2023, in a gutted shell, and concluded 17th November 2023. We've enjoyed the challenges the job threw at us, and getting to know our clients. Cheers 👍

Refurbing an old, tiny, shop premises. The remit was to stop the roof leaking, refurb ceilings, insulate and plasterboard ceilings, remove an old concrete plinth and level the floor. Manufacture and install bespoke staircase for loft access and manufacture and install a bespoke new, insulated, shop door. All achieved. The customer is very happy and that makes us happy too 😊

Some photos of a recent job. We manufactured and fitted the doors, manufactured and fitted shutters, manufactured and fitted the washbasin stand. Studed and plaster-boarded walls and ceiling before fitting new kitchen, laid all laminate wood floors, revamped the stairs, fitted out utility room, created downstairs toilet. Fitted shower upstairs. Dry lined the lounge, snug, master bedroom and plaster-boarded bedroom ceiling. Completed general carpentry.

We love a challenge and we love restoring, renovating and generally working on, old properties. Del is currently working on a project in a beautiful, remote, spot in the mountains. Working for lovely people who have two properties on site that are in need of renovation and restoration. Yesterday, No.1 project was completed. Monday, No.2 project begins.

New Idigbo hardwood doors for an old cottage high in the hills. Woodstore cover and a wine rack with matching granite to worktop that is fully movable, slides out of its position as a stand alone wine rack with granite top or slides back into fitted units to become part of kitchen area.
