Over The Garden Wall

Well with all the warm weather we had in Scotland in May , its gone we have had rain nearly every day since , and today its relentless, but the things in the greenhouse have grown a lot with flowers on the tomato plants.. but nit needs to be warmer..my new thing is mint plants ,I have fourteen different one's from Mojito to Chocolate mint and lots more ...always keep mint plants in a pot or they will take over your garden , also started taking cuttings to see how they grow, well indoor or greenhouse today take care x

Yes I have Daffodils at the end of May , I forgot them and they were in a box , so I planted them in March , and here they are, so I have my own bit of Chelsea here in Scotland!

I have been gardening since about the age of 5 when we lived in the top of a house , the man who's house it was gave me a bit of garden to grow things in radish , lettuce etc , so gardening has stayed with me for around 60 plus years , so get your children & grandchildren interested , it will give them a hobby and interest for life and good for their well being to be out in the fresh air, I still buy plants and get a bit obsessed from March-September, so there could be a lot of worse things, so take care of the future with an army of gardeners ...and take care of nature and the world x

We have a damp slightly cool morning here in Scotland , but I think the garden is enjoying the rain, I have the new collection of different mints all potted up and labelled , looking forward to using some soon , the rest of the garden is looking vey lush with growth, enjoy your day x

Well a very good morning to you all , its a bright but slightly chilly morning here in Scotland , the garden is growing well , I really like ferns and have a shady spot near the bungalow, so just the right place for them , love to see them unfurling, also have bought 11 mint plants which will be each planted into its own pot as mint will take over your garden otherwise , I bought Mojito mint , orange , chocolate , blackcurrant, basil , strawberry , curly , pineapple , hillarys sweet lemon, berries and cram, and Tha mint all from Urban Herbs, so will enjoy planting them , well enjoy your garden this week x

Well we have had weather like its been summer , but a bit early for that , the plants have enjoyed it and a lot of things are flowering , but a lot more to come ..... yes I know the camera date is wrong cant figure out how to change it !!
