We removed this overgrown New Zealand Broadleaf from a small garden in Bradford on Avon to increase light and space for our client.

We also reduced a flowering cherry, to bring it to a more manageable size.

During Storm Darragh, we had an emergency call out by our friends at Bradford on Avon Town Council to clear this large elm. The tree had fallen across a busy footpath next to the Tithe Barn.

Luckily no damage was caused and we were able to clear the tree rapidly.

We retained part of the stem in the hope that it may regenerate in the future.

This week we have been working under a Bat Mitigation Licence to change the fixtures of these retained bat roost features. They were salvaged after a tree was felled on site as they contained roosts for Bechstein's and soprano pipistrelle bats. We changed the worn ratchet straps into more permanent strapping to ensure their longevity.
