The downside of owning Rapid Deployment security pods is that every now and again one gets “disassembled”

It did its job though, intruders were quick and damaged the pod but police and security were called and “removed” the intruders off site.

New pods were installed rapidly and we have already received a new shell to start assembling another.

Today we have been working in an old Falmouth University building. The building is being converted into a SEND provision school.

We have been installing the Intruder alarm, CCTV, Door access system and the school computer network.

We are fully insured and registered with Devon and Cornwall Police and the SSAIB inspectorate.

Our latest addition to our monitored cameras.

This camera runs on batteries which are charged by solar. It also has a SIM card in it.

This means that this camera can be mounted anywhere (no power or internet needed)

This camera is off to its temporary home at the end of the week looking over a building site helping it keep safe and secure.

We are really proud and excited to have become the preferred security contractor for the John Deere distribution depots in the South West.

This is the second of their depots we have installed a fully insurance compliant alarm and CCTV system.

Their systems now conform with their insurance, are fully monitored 24/7 and have full police response.

We have just taken delivery of our new rapid deployment tower.

The tower (we really need a name) can be deployed very quickly to a site without power or internet and can be setup in minutes to start guarding your premises.

This is aimed at building sites or equivalent.

The tower is connected to our monitoring centre and should it detect an intruder the images are sent directly to the receiving centre and key-holders are dispatched before anyone gets a chance to cause excess damage or steal anything of value.

Today we had our annual security audit by the SSAIB and we are pleased to announce that we passed both disciplines (Intruder Alarms and CCTV Systems) with flying colours.

But what does that actually mean?

Well it means that the external auditing body is happy that we are following all security procedures, our work standard meets the requirements of the schemes and we are cleared to carry on doing what we do for the next year.

All our work is Insurance approved and fully certified by the SSAIB. We are also registered with Devon and Cornwall Police and recognised by them as an approved installer.

Just to add to this we are also fully vetted and registered with Cornish Traders.
