If you’re looking to stock up on your favourites, you’ll find a fantastic selection of our products on their shelves. From jams and marmalades to chutneys and chilli jams, there’s plenty to discover.

Whether you’re popping in for gardening essentials, a browse around the centre, or a coffee and cake, don’t forget to stop by the deli and see what’s in stock!

Episode 2 of Ways to Pair Chilli Jam

This time, we’re pairing chilli jam with peanut butter. Naturally, we have Dave’s approval! The only suggestion he has is to add a little more chilli jam for an extra kick.

Getting the perfect set with our jam and marmalade is a science. It’s all about that perfect balance — the ratio of sugar to water has to be just right.
And how do we make sure? We run a Brix test to get it spot on every time

Because great flavour is one thing… but consistency is key!
