Mark Dray.

The Main Man. The Boss. Some may say the Legend.

Mark has been doing Cornish Stonework since leaving school. It's all he's ever known.

A Cornishman born and bred he has built his talents over the many years and takes pride and care in every job he does!

Never straying far from the Perranporth Goonhavern Area you'll see him working, enjoying a pint of John Smiths, or spending time with his family.

Mark has been married to his wife Janice for over 40 years has 4 grown up children (one who works alongside him) and has 8 grandchildren which all keep him busy.

What is Cornish Stonework ? Why is it different to any other wall?

A Cornish hedge is an ancient style of hedge built of stone and earth found in Cornwall, southwest England.

The hedge is crafted using local materials and put together with earth and dry materials. Rarely is any cement or wet materials used.

The positioning of the stones is integral to the strength, structure and life of the Stonework. Making sure each peice of stone is in the optimum position.
