We have been working on this proposal for remodelling and extending a 1930's supposed 'Non-Designated Heritage Asset' and received the consent in the last week.
The current house certainly needs some TLC and hopefully will soon become a modern seaside home within the year for the family to enjoy.

This subtle but contemporary replacement extension had a smooth ride through the planning process and is due to start on site in the near future. Landscaping is so often left to the end but this design benefits from a comprehensive landscape scheme that was integrated from the first day of putting pen to paper.

These two cottages are coming near to completion after being fully renovated and with the addition of single storey extensions. The workmanship is super and now we have the next phase to design for planning soon.

It was great to get out in and meet with the interior designer to see the finished article. This house renovation and extension(s) has just been finished to a high level of quality - now such a lovely family home in the countryside.

This Planning Consent was just delivered to our inbox (almost two weeks before it was due to be determined). This approval is for a new family dwelling to replace a Class Q consent. It's set in a delightful rural setting - a great opportunity for this local family to set up their home for the long term.

A beautiful morning for a coffee with clients who have recently moved in to their conversion. Every project has a story but it’s the people who make it exciting and worthwhile.

A fair example of a before and after project - the core of the house retained but extended upwards and remodelled. Grabbed a couple of shots while meeting on the property near it. The weather today was certainly better than the first visit to the project.

Sometimes we breathe a sigh of relief when we receive a consent for a project located in a World Heritage Site. It is rarely a simple process in that land designation if the property is of an ‘age’. This cottage, in desperate need of renovation and improvements, ‘may’ have once been a miner’s smallholding but has long since been split from the land which would have been associated with it.
Now consented with a new two storey extension to the front and a substantial side extension this home can be updated to give it another 150 years of life.
