For this client in Laughton, East Sussex, we fitted a set of anthracite grey aluminium electric swing gates onto existing rendered piers. We automated them using Roger Technology underground operators, keeping the entrance clean and completely free of above-ground machinery. We integrated an AES GSM intercom system for remote smartphone access and installed a road loop for automatic exit detection. Pier lights and photocells were fitted and tested before handover.

A favourite from the back catalogue.

A bespoke iroko hardwood gate we put in at Hugletts Farm in Heathfield, a few years back. Swan top design with hourglass-style vision bars, hung off solid oak posts so the timber and the supports could age together over time. Roger Technology underground motors went in beneath the driveway, completely out of sight, paired with a smart access control system and a touchscreen intercom inside the house so the family could see who was at the gate before opening it.

Going back through some of our older jobs, we came across this one in Maresfield Park. We thought it was too good not to share again.

The owners had a beautiful pair of wrought iron swing gates already in place, but they were tired of stepping out of the car to push them open every time they came home. Rather than replace what was already a lovely entrance, we kept the gates exactly as they were and brought the automation up to date.
