‼️IMPORTANT - please read‼️
Not a nice post to make, but unfortunately it has to be done.
It has come to my attention that whilst as an employee of RJM, someone has been siphoning work from my customers, whilst they have been under the assumption it has been RJM completing the work
For anyone this impacts, particularly those with boiler installs, please come forward as this is unacceptable and more importantly NOT COVERED under RJM’s insurance.
For those who have dealt with me personally in terms of invoicing and communication via text WhatsApp or messenger, there is little cause for concern UNLESS former employee has attended the job and completed work/upsold work that was not originally agreed.
Just shows you never truly know people and Lessons have been learned. we move on, but it's of the utmost importance people come forward and let me know so we can resolve or rectify any issues that arise from this. I truly apologize for any inconvenience caused to anyone and thank everyone in advance for your assistance with this horrible matter.
