Me and my fiancée Kimi are taking part in the Alzheimer's Trek26 to raise money for Alzheimer's Society! This cause is close to our hearts as Kimi's Grandma has been living with Alzheimer's for nearly 10 years! We are taking part in her honour (and on her birthday) to help raise money to find a cure for this awful disease! 💙💛
