From workshop fabrication to on-site installation — another structural steel project completed by AWF Welding & Fabrication.

Working from architect drawings and splice plans, we fabricated and installed the full steel package, adapting sections on-site to suit the unique shape and layout of the build.

Fully mobile welding setup, problem solving in real time, and making sure every detail fit exactly as it should. 🔥⚒️

The mobile welding truck is nearly ready.

Just a few final bits left — some Raptor coating, extra lighting to wire in, and mounting the 300A generator set to the body.

Once finished the truck will be a fully self-contained mobile welding and fabrication unit, capable of:

• MIG welding
• Coded MMA / Stick welding
• AC/DC TIG welding
• On-site plasma cutting
• 300A generator power for heavier section welding

This setup allows me to carry out repairs, fabrication, structural work and breakdown welding directly on site without needing workshop power.

Looking forward to getting it out on the road soon. 🔧🔥

Didn’t manage to get an end result picture but…
Managed a 5 hour round trip to Bradford & get 3 full containers into 6 for container storage space
Many more to come!
