I am proud to announce that we have opened a 3rd company under the Total name. Total property renovations Ltd has been created to solely focus on full property renovation from first time buyers that are on a budget or landlords investors and everyone in between that need a quick turn around with the same quality of workmanship at a lower cost to any building company in mainly the Trafford area but also further a field. We will take on any project with the main focus to save money for the customer and also to provide a stress free process throughout the renovation. This has been proven over and over. We have an amazing team which includes joiners, plasterers, roofers, bathroom fitters, tilers & electrician's we literally have you fully covered and we don't have problems only solutions. We have secured a contract on a rather large property for a full renovation starting mid November. Unfortunately that means we are now fully booked up until March 2026. Front room fully re plastered in flixton. More happy customers ❤️

Full renovation finished within 4 weeks. New electrics plastering painting all new doors fitted and skirting boards. Full new bathroom suite old one fully ripped out back to brick and everything replaced with new. Rear patio ripped out and a new one laid. Front path created and stoned to make more room possibly for a car. All new carpets and flooring.The condition of this property when started was seriously bad. This property will now be available to rent as from next week. Onto the next one now so stay tuned. We have started a full renovation on a 3 bedroom house in urmston which will be on the market for rent soon. I will post the finished results and the information for anyone interested as soon as its complete. I have also taken on two other properties unfortunately not in urmston but will show the quality and speed Total building & Roofing can give to any future landlords or home owners
