Changed some taps over for a customer as they don’t like the chrome and all other taps and metal work in bathroom were black so all match now. Plus fitted a toilet roll holder.

Got called out to see what could be done with a bathroom floor prior to fitter coming to sort tiles and a new suite.

Plywood subfloor fitted on top of floor boards to give a nice smooth and level surface to then cut and lay felt backed vinyl.

Another super happy customer and makes such a big difference.

A front hedge tidy up with quite a bit of height reduction to bring down level with hedge on opposite side of the driveway. Then de w**d, dig over, level off and tidy up a border. Dig out a 2m circular flower bed in the garden. And then dig out and level a 2.6mx3.5m area just in front of the block paving so that customer can level membrane and fill with gravel which was supplied by myself a week later once they let me know membrane was down and ready.

Customers were thrilled with the end result.

Here we claimed back a border that had been over taken by w**ds and Ivy. 3 tree stumps removed. 1 plant dug out and replanted elsewhere. 2 tonne of soil the dugout and moved to back end of garden to be used in raised beds to bring the ground level down to just below the retaining wall shown.

Removed part of the wall and graded soil down to create a gradual incline for ease of access with barrows. Then laid a w**d membrane and pea shingle on top to match in with other size shingle.

Overall end result is massive difference and this allowed the customer to focus more of his time elsewhere in the garden rather than having to keep spending time keeping on top of this area. Customer was extremely to happy with the finish.

Here we had a small guttering job for a garden shed installing mini flow guttering to help redirect the water coming off the roof and the same again for a garden office building with the addition of reattaching the front and back gable fascia. Again this was to redirect the water coming off the roof to help reduce the splash back on the lower walls to prolong the life of the timber

End of tenancy garden tidy. Grass cut and lawn edge to redefine the the whole area giving a much smarter look. Leaves cleared and lower shrubs trimmed. Goat willow tidied up.

Here we took down a stud wall to turn 2 smaller rooms into one larger room. Dismantled one desk area to make space for and Assembled a king size bed frame.

Put a tv back up on far wall that had to take off prior to taking down the stud. Hang a picture above the desk that was staying.

End result a much better size room for the customers son.

Customer had their bathroom redone upstairs a few months ago and then when local area lost water supply it burst a valve...

Customer had their bathroom redone upstairs a few months ago and then when local area lost water supply it burst a valve and caused water damage to the ceiling below.

Prep work done to seal the area using zinsser stain cover followed by top coat of pure brilliant white Matt emulsion by dulux.
