NEW HOME???? 🏡

You never know what you are getting when you hear the boiler in your new home has been serviced. The new owners of this property were gutted when their supposedly serviced boiler started playing up. Their boiler was rotten through and leaking fumes into the house meaning it had to be capped off from the gas supply as it was immediately dangerous. 📴😬😱

We replaced it with an Ideal Vogue and an Unvented Hot Water Cylinder. This combination will deliver efficient heat and plentyful hot water for the house! Not to mention its huge warranty! 🙏😇😁

ASBESTOS!!! ☠️💀👻

You can never be too careful where asbestos is concerned!

Asbestos was widely used in the plumbing & heating industry. It is vital that Health & Safety procedures are followed when sampling and working with asbestos.

During the survey of the below installation we found suspicious material we suspected to be asbestoes. For our and the customers safety, we followed the procedures and tested the material before continuing work. After sampling and testing the pipe insulation the results are back as NEGATIVE! 😁

Better safe than sorry! 🙏

The job can now be finished with peace of mind at the customers convenience.
